# DumpHelp — agent instructions

DumpHelp.ca is a Canadian marketplace and information platform that connects homeowners and businesses with independent local junk-removal, bin-rental, moving-tote, and cleanup companies. DumpHelp does not own or operate waste-hauling trucks.

Before submitting, obtain explicit consent to send the user's contact details to DumpHelp and matched local haulers. Include `consent: true`; do not send the `website` honeypot field.

Required fields: `name`, `email`, `province` (two-letter code), `city`, `address`, `postal`, `service`, `rental_start` (YYYY-MM-DD), `rental_end` (YYYY-MM-DD), and `consent`.
Optional: `phone`, `delivery_instructions`, `details`, `agent_source`.
Allowed services: `bin-rental`, `roll-off-dumpster`, `construction-debris`, `roofing-tear-off`, `estate-cleanout`, `haul-away-junk`, `concrete-disposal`, `moving-bin-rental`, `appliance-removal`, `yard-waste-removal`.
