This is a placeholder terms document. DumpHelp is a lead-referral service that connects homeowners and businesses with independent third-party haulers. DumpHelp is not a party to any contract you enter into with a hauler.

DumpHelp does not accept, transport, store, or dispose of waste of any kind. We do not operate bins, trucks, or disposal facilities. Prohibited items (including hazardous waste, electronics, tires, paint, propane tanks, refrigerant appliances, asbestos, and medical waste), diversion rules, and contamination fees are determined by each hauler and by applicable municipal and provincial law. Always confirm the hauler’s current accepted-materials list in writing before loading a bin.

Prices, availability, and service quality are set by each hauler and may change without notice. Always confirm licensing, insurance, and disposal practices in writing before hiring.

DumpHelp makes no warranty regarding hauler performance and is not liable for damages arising from services performed by referred operators.
